Power Management Device

 

Power management device includes Power MOSFET, LDO ( Low Drop Out ) and PWM ( Pulse Width Modulator ).

Power MOSFET is commonly used as the switches for many kinds of electronic products, such as for cell phone battery charging and discharging application, switching power supplier application, LED driving application etc. ,

The Group is currently engaged in the manufacturing and sale of Power MOSFET .They are mainly applied in communication, computer motherboard and peripherals, energy-saving lightings , portable device, electricity switch , etc.

LDO is used for stabilizing and improving the quality of the operating voltage with a rugged power input whereas PWM is used for saving power consumption by varying the pulse width of the electronic device .

The LDO and PWM products are under development by the Group . These products will be applied in most electronic products such as MP 3, MP 4, PC Camera, DVD, Switching Power Supplier, Energy Saving Bulbs etc., when the quality of line operating voltage and saving energy is required.

LDO Low Drop Out. A linear voltage regulator that will operate even when the input voltage barely exceeds the desired output voltage

PWM Pulse Width Modulator. A switching regulator to maintain output power where the duty cycle of the clock driving the main power switch is varied .
